Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Please make any reservation changes or cancellations before the scheduled departure of your flight.

When requesting confirmation or changes to your itinerary, please provide your flight number, travel dates, passenger name, and reservation number.

※ Changes are subject to the fare conditions of your ticket. Cancellation may result in refund and cancellation fees.

Fare Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within the ticket validity period and no later than 10 days after the expiration date.

※ All refund procedures must be completed by the deadline; refunds cannot be processed after this date.

Refunds and cancellations of purchased tickets are subject to applicable fees and charges.

If your ticket was purchased through a travel agency, the refund must be processed by the same agency where the booking was originally made.
