Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Passengers can cancel their ticket for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided the flight departure is at least 24 hours away. This rule applies to tickets purchased directly from China Airlines’ official channels.

Non-Refundable Tickets

If cancellation is made after the 24-hour window, non-refundable tickets may qualify for a partial refund or travel credit, depending on the fare type and route. Saver or promotional fares usually incur a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable once issued.

Refundable Tickets

Refundable tickets can be canceled at any time before departure for a full refund to the original form of payment, minus any applicable administrative fees. Refund amounts depend on the fare conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

You can cancel or modify your booking through the “Manage Booking” section on the China Airlines website or mobile app.
