Emirates offers flexible ticket cancellation and refund options to provide

Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Rule
Passengers can cancel their Emirates ticket for a full refund within 24 hours of
booking, provided the flight departure is at least 24 hours away. This applies
to all fares purchased directly from Emirates’ official channels.
Non-Refundable Tickets
If canceled after the 24-hour window, Saver or Special fares are generally
non-refundable. However, passengers may receive a travel credit for future use,
minus applicable cancellation fees, depending on the fare conditions.
Refundable Tickets
Tickets purchased under Flex or Flex Plus fares are fully refundable before
departure. Refunds are credited to the original payment method, less any service
charges if applicable.
How to Cancel
Visit the Manage Booking section on Emirates’ website or mobile app.
Enter your booking reference and last name to cancel or make changes.
You may also contact Emirates Customer Service or your travel agent for
assistance.
Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds
Refunds for eligible tickets are returned to the original payment method. For
payments made by credit or debit card, refunds are typically processed within
7–10 business days. Refunds for other payment methods may take longer, depending
on your bank or payment provider.
Baggage Fees
If the flight is canceled by Emirates:
Prepaid baggage fees are automatically refunded or can be transferred to your
rebooked flight.
If you cancel your flight:
Prepaid baggage fees are non-refundable, unless your fare type or Emirates’
policy explicitly allows it.
