EVA Air Check-in Information at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

Passengers flying with EVA Air may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web Check-in

Passengers can check in online for EVA Air flights via the EVA Air website or mobile app.

Online check-in is available starting 48 hours up to 2 hours before departure, and boarding passes can be printed or saved on a mobile device.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For a faster and smoother boarding experience, EVA Air passengers may use self-service check-in kiosks located in the departure hall of Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport (KIX).

These kiosks allow travelers to print boarding passes and baggage tags before proceeding to the bag drop counter.

Airport Counter Check-in

Passengers preferring in-person assistance can check in at the EVA Air check-in counters in Terminal 1, International Departure Area.

Check-in counters open: 3 hours before departure

Check-in counters close: 60 minutes before departure

Boarding gates close: 30 minutes prior to scheduled flight time
