• Tickets are non-refundable by default

• Refunds allowed only if eligible under fare conditions or special cases

• Requests submitted through Customer Connect Team

Date, time, or flight changes allowed with:

• Change fee

• Fare difference

Additional Conditions

• Ancillary purchases (e.g. seat, baggage) are non-refundable

• No-show results in forfeiture of ticket value
