Passengers traveling with Qatar Airways are welcome to bring the following:

Carry-on Baggage

• Economy Class : 1 piece, up to 7 kg

• Business Class & First Class : 2 pieces, with a combined weight of up to 15 kg

Checked Baggage Allowance

Qatar Airways applies either a weight concept or piece concept, depending on the route.

Weight Concept

Commonly used on routes to Asia, Africa, and the Middle East:

• Economy Class: 25 kg – 35 kg

• Business Class: 40 kg

• First Class: 50 kg

Passengers may check multiple bags as long as the total weight does not exceed the allowance.

Piece Concept

Applies mainly to flights to the Americas:

• Economy Class: 1 - 2 pieces, up to 23 kg each

• Business Class & First Class: 2 pieces, up to 32 kg each

Checked baggage: Maximum total dimensions : 158 cm (length + width + height)

Carry-on: Must fit standard cabin size limits set at check-in.

Extra Baggage

If you have more baggage weight and/or pieces than your allowance, additional charges will be applied.

Charges apply if:

• Weight or number of bags is exceeded

• Oversize rules are not met
