Scoot Check-in Information at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

Passengers flying with Scoot may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web Check-in

Online check-in for Scoot available from 48 hours to 1.5 hours before scheduled departure.

Use the Scoot website or mobile app to check in and download or print your boarding pass.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

Kiosks are located in Terminal 1 at KIX. You can check in and print your boarding pass + baggage tags.

Kiosk check-in window: 4 hours to about 1 hour 5 minutes before departure.

Note: Not all travelers are eligible. For example, those needing special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with extra-seat bookings cannot use kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport (KIX).

Check‑in opens: 3 hours before departure for B787 flights, 2.5 hours before for other aircraft.

Counters close 60 minutes before departure.

Arrival advice: It's recommended to arrive at least 120 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and other formalities.
