Airport Counter Check-in

The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. Scoot recommends arriving early to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Check-in: Available 3 hours before scheduled departure for B787 flights, 2 hours 30 minutes for other aircraft models
Location: Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport

Online / Mobile Check-in

Skip the queues at the airport by checking in online or through the Scoot mobile app. Here's what you need to know:

Check-in: Available 48 hours to 1 hour 30 minutes before departure.
Bookings Excluding: Multi-city, special assistance (e.g. wheelchairs, extra seats), connecting flights with Scoot’s partner airlines, standby or staff travel, MaxYourSpace purchases or pending confirmations, pregnant guests, and guests traveling with infants.

Note: If online check-in is unavailable, please proceed to the Scoot counter to check in and drop off your baggage. It is recommended to check in early to avoid long queues and ensure a smoother airport experience.

Kiosk Check-In

For faster check-in at the airport, use the kiosk:

Check-in: Available 4 hours to 1 hour 5 minutes before your flight departs
Location: Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport

Note: Kiosk check-in is unavailable for unaccompanied minors, passengers with an extra seat booking, or those needing special assistance.
