Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Tickets issued for StarFlyer flights departing from Kansai International Airport may be canceled within 24 hours of booking if eligibility conditions are met.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Discounted and promotional fares do not allow refunds. Once canceled, the ticket value is not returned unless specified under fare rules.

Refundable Tickets

Flexible fare types allow cancellations with refunds issued to the original payment method, subject to fare conditions and applicable charges.

How to Cancel

Passengers may cancel or modify bookings for flights departing from Kansai International Airport through StarFlyer’s website, reservation center, or ticket counters using the booking reference.
