Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items left onboard Thai AirAsia X flights arriving at Kansai International
Airport are collected after arrival by cabin crew and transferred to ground
handling staff for documentation and storage.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals, including
check-in zones, security checkpoints, and boarding areas, are handled by the
airport’s lost and found office.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers arriving at Kansai International Airport must report delayed or
missing checked baggage immediately at the baggage service counter. A report is
issued for tracking and follow-up.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a description
of the missing item when reporting at Kansai International Airport or through
Thai AirAsia X customer support channels.
Recovery and Collection
