Airport Counter Check-in

The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. Tigerair Taiwan recommends arriving early to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Check-in: Available 2 hours 30 minutes to 45 minutes before your flight departs
Location: Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport

Online / Mobile Check-in

Skip the queues at the airport by checking in online or through the Tigerair Taiwan App. Here's what you need to know:

Check-in: Available 48 hours to 1 hour before departure.
Eligibility: Available for flights from TPE to Japan, South Korea, and Thailand, except for passengers with special needs, unconfirmed bookings, or incomplete reservations, as well as those traveling with infants, under 15 years old, or lacking necessary travel documents.

Note: If online check-in is unavailable, please proceed to the Tigerair Taiwan counter to check in and drop off your baggage. It is recommended to check in early to avoid long queues and ensure a smoother airport experience.

For faster check-in at the airport, use the kiosk:
