Carry-on Baggage
Virgin Australia offers three different carry-on baggage options depending on your cabin class or Velocity membership. Passengers can choose from the following options based on their needs:

Checked Baggage Allowance
Virgin Australia's checked baggage varies based on fare type and Velocity membership status. Here’s a simplified view:

Size Limit: Maximum 140cm (55in) total linear dimension (Length + Width + Height).
Infants & Children
Infants (Not occupying own seat): 3 special infant items (all fare types).
Infants (Occupying own seat): 1 x 23kg + 3 special infant items.
Children: 2 special equipment items (all fare types).
Note: For adult passengers flying on the Economy Lite fare, special infant items (such as strollers, car seats, etc.) cannot be included as part of the free checked baggage allowance. These items will need to be checked in separately and may incur additional charges.
Oversized Baggage

Extra Baggage
If you have more baggage weight and/or pieces than your allowance, additional
charges will be applied.
