Lost and Found Office
Most Japanese airports have a Lost and Found Office where you can report
items you’ve lost or misplaced. You may visit in person or call to describe
your missing item, and airport staff will check their inventory.
Some airports also provide an online form to help locate lost belongings.
If your checked baggage does not appear at the baggage claim area, go to
your airline’s lost luggage counter, usually located nearby. If it’s closed
or unavailable, visit your airline’s check-in counter to file a lost baggage
report.
Note: If you left an item onboard the aircraft, please contact your
airline directly.
