If you've lost an item during your AirAsia X flight or at Kansai Airport, AirAsia X is here to assist. The Lost and Found service helps you report and recover your belongings efficiently.

Items Lost Within Terminal Public Areas

For items lost in terminal public areas (check-in, security, lounges, shops, restaurants), contact Kansai Airport’s Lost & Found office. The main contact number at KIX is +81 72 455 2500 (Information Counters, available 24 hours).

Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate

If your item was left onboard the AirAsia X aircraft or near the boarding gate, contact AirAsia X local customer service or the airline’s ground handling team. Provide your flight number, date, seat number, and a clear description of the item when reporting.

Additional Important Information

Kansai Airport's lost-property system cannot process items lost over three months ago.

Items lost in areas outside airport management, such as onboard the aircraft or with third-party operators, may be redirected to the airline or relevant service provider.

For in-person assistance, visit the Information Counters in Terminal 1, where staff can guide you to the correct Lost & Found desk for AirAsia X.
