Information Counters at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

KIX Information Counters

The Information Counter in Terminal 1 (1F, 2F, or 4F) and in Terminal 2, located in the Public Area of the Domestic Hall, coordinates all information services at Kansai International Airport (KIX).

The counter assists passengers with a wide range of inquiries, including flight information, accessibility support, airport facilities, lost children, and the lending of wheelchairs and pushchairs.

There are a total of four Information Counters at the airport, identifiable by their question mark (‘?’) signs.

In Terminal 1, one counter is located at the north end of the 1st floor, another on the 2nd floor near McDonald’s, and one at the center of the 4th floor.

In Terminal 2, the Information Counter is located in the public area of the Domestic Hall.
