Asiana Airlines Check-in Information at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

Passengers flying with Asiana Airlines may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in is available for Asiana Airlines flights.

The online check-in services opens 48 hours before departure for most international flights.

Passengers can complete seat selection and check-in via Asiana’s website or mobile app.

Boarding pass can be saved digitally or printed in advance.
 

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For a faster and smoother boarding experience, check in for your flight at a self-service kiosk to avoid queues. The kiosks are located in Terminal 1 of Kansai International Airport (KIX).

The kiosk check-in window opens 3 hours before departure.

At the kiosk, passengers can print boarding passes and baggage tags.

Not available for passengers with special assistance needs, unaccompanied minors, or group bookings above a certain size.
 

Airport Counter Check-in

Asiana’s staffed check-in counters are in Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport (KIX).

The counters open 3 hours before scheduled departure for international flights. Check-in closes approximately 60 minutes before departure, so allow sufficient time for baggage drop and other formalities.

Recommended arrival: at least 2.5 to 3 hours before departure to ensure a smooth check-in, especially during peak travel times.

The boarding gates close 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time.
