If you've lost an item during your Asiana Airlines flight or at the airport, Asiana Airlines is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings. Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.

Items Lost in Public Areas of the Airport

If you lost an item inside the terminal (check-in areas, public spaces, shops, lounges, etc.), contact the Kansai Airport Information Desk at +81 72-455-2500.

Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate

If the item was lost onboard an Asiana Airlines aircraft, at the boarding gate, or during handling with the airline, contact the Asiana Airlines office in Osaka at +81 72 456 5011.

When making an inquiry, prepare details such as:

• Flight number

• Date of travel

• Seat number

• Description of the item
