Airport Counter Check-in

The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. Cebu Pacific Air recommends arriving early to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Location: Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport

Online / Mobile Check-in

Skip the queues at the airport by checking in online or through the Cebu Pacific App. Here's what you need to know:

Check-in: Available 48 hours to 2 hours before departure.
Excluding: Unaccompanied minors, passengers needing special assistance, groups with more than 20 people, those with an outstanding balance, tax-exempt passengers, or those with disrupted flights.

Note: If online check-in is unavailable, please proceed to the Cebu Pacific Air counter to check in and drop off your baggage. It is recommended to check in early to avoid long queues and ensure a smoother airport experience.

Kiosk Check-In
