If you've lost an item during your Cebu Pacific Air flight or at the airport, Cebu Pacific Air is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Delayed Baggage
If your checked baggage is delayed, follow these simple steps:
Report at the Airport: Immediately inform Cebu Pacific ground staff if your baggage hasn’t arrived.
File a Property Irregularity Report (PIR): Cebu Pacific staff will assist you in filing a PIR to track your baggage.
Receive Compensation:
Php 2,000 for each 24-hour delay.
Refund of baggage fees if your baggage isn’t delivered within 24 hours.
First need compensation for non-residents.
Follow-Up: Cebu Pacific will update you within 7 days on compensation and baggage status.
If Already Left the Airport: Use Cebu Pacific’s app or website to connect with a live agent for assistance.
Damaged Baggage
If your checked baggage is damaged, here’s what to do:
Report Immediately: Notify Cebu Pacific ground staff at the airport as soon as you spot any damage.
File a Property Irregularity Report (PIR): Complete a PIR with the help of Cebu Pacific staff.
Damage Assessment: Cebu Pacific will evaluate if the damage goes beyond normal wear and tear.
Compensation: If the damage is significant, compensation will be offered based on the Philippine Air Passenger Bill of Rights or the Montreal Convention.
Keep Track: Save your PIR number for updates. You will receive notifications via email or phone.
Lost Property & Baggage
If you’ve misplaced an item or a baggage during your travel, Cebu Pacific Air has a straightforward process to help you recover your belongings.
Lost Item in Cabin: Immediately report any lost items to Cebu Pacific ground staff or connect with a live agent via the app or website.
Lost Item at the Airport: For items lost within the airport premises, contact the airport’s Lost and Found office directly.
Lost Baggage: If your checked baggage is missing, you must report it to Cebu Pacific staff at the airport. If your baggage is not found within 7 days of arrival, it will be considered lost, and compensation will be provided based on the value of the baggage.
