KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web Check-in

Passengers traveling with Emirates can conveniently check in online via the Emirates website or mobile app. Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure and closes 90 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time.

Passengers can select seats, update meal preferences, and download or print their boarding passes before arriving at the airport.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For a quicker and smoother airport experience, Emirates passengers may use the self-service kiosks located throughout the departure hall at Terminal 1 of Kansai International Airport (KIX).

These kiosks allow travelers to check in, choose seats, and print boarding passes and bag tags before proceeding to the baggage drop counter.

Airport Counter Check-in

Emirates check-in counters are situated in Terminal 1, International Departure Area at Kansai International Airport (KIX). The time required to complete check-in procedures may vary depending on your destination and passenger volume.

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Boarding gates close 30 minutes before departure, and late passengers may not be accepted for boarding.
