Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items left onboard Nepal Airlines flights arriving at Kansai International
Airport are collected by cabin crew and transferred to ground staff for
documentation and storage.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals are handled by the
airport’s Lost and Found office.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers must report delayed or missing checked baggage immediately upon
arrival at Kansai International Airport. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is
issued for tracking.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a description
of the missing item when reporting through airport counters or Nepal Airlines
representatives.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are stored for a limited period at Kansai International Airport.
Passengers must present valid identification and proof of ownership to collect
items.

Passengers traveling through Kansai International Airport must keep valuable
items in cabin baggage. The airline does not accept responsibility for
unattended personal belongings.
