If you've lost an item anywhere in the Kansai International Airport (KIX), the point of contact depends on where the item was lost, but feel free to consult airport staff if you're unsure. For direct inquiries within the airport, go to the Information Counter in Terminal 1 (1F, 2F, or 4F) or in Terminal 2, located in the Public Area of the Domestic Hall.

The Information Counter handles all matters related to Lost and Found within the airport terminal vicinity.

Note that for items lost outside the area for which the New Kansai International Airport Company is responsible, we will inform you of who to contact when you inquire. For your information, below is a list of contact numbers for various locations within the airport complex.

Additional Information

When reporting a lost item, provide detailed information such as your flight number, travel date, seat number, and a clear description of the lost article. Valuable items like passports or identification documents are usually transferred to the Airport Police Office for safekeeping.

Found items are generally kept for a limited time, so prompt reporting is recommended. For on-site inquiries, visit the Terminal 1 information counter during operating hours.
