If you've lost an item during your Scoot flight or at the airport, Scoot is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Delayed Baggage
If your baggage is delayed during your Scoot flight, follow these essential steps:
Report at the Airport: If your checked baggage is delayed upon arrival, visit Scoot’s Lost & Found office before leaving the airport. Scoot's team will assist in locating your baggage as quickly as possible.
Complete the Property Irregularity Report: Provide detailed information about your bag, including a description and your contact details. This helps Scoot's team trace and locate your bag efficiently.
Get Your Report and Reference: After filing the report, you will receive:
A copy of the Property Irregularity Report
A reference number for baggage tracing
Baggage Recovery: Once your baggage is located, Scoot will notify you immediately and arrange delivery to your address, subject to local customs regulations, or you can pick up your baggage at the airport.
Note: If your baggage isn’t located within 14 days, it will be considered lost. Follow the Baggage Claim Procedure for further steps.
Lost Item
In case you lose your baggage on the aircraft or forget it in the airport terminal, here’s what to do:
Contact the respective airport's Lost and Found office. Each airport has its own service to help resolve lost item issues.
Submit a Report: Fill out the Lost Item Report at the Lost and Found office with all necessary details about the item. This will help them trace your belongings.
Check for Updates: Be sure to check your email or contact the office for updates on the status of your lost item.

Damaged Baggage
For damaged baggage, follow these steps:
Report within 7 Days: If your checked baggage arrives damaged, you must report it within 7 days of receiving your bag.
Fill Out a Property Irregularity Report: Visit the Lost and Found office at the Arrival Hall to complete a Property Irregularity Report.
Assessment by Claims Adjustor: After submitting the report, the claims adjustor from Charles Taylor Aviation will assess the damage and process your claim.
Receive Information Pack: Once the report is complete, you will be given an information pack with the next steps.
Baggage Claim Procedure
If your baggage has not been located after 14 days, you can submit a claim through Scoot's online claims portal in Scoot Website. All claims must be filed via the portal to ensure they are processed efficiently. Before submitting your claim, review Scoot’s Conditions of Carriage for any exclusions or restrictions related to baggage claims. This will help ensure your claim meets the eligibility requirements.
Claim Deadlines
Damaged Baggage: Submit your claim within 7 days from the completion of your flight.
Delayed Baggage: Claims must be filed within 21 days after your bag is located.
Lost Item: Submit a claim within 21 days following the 14-day tracing period.
Documents Required for Submission
To complete your baggage claim, please ensure you submit the following documents:
A copy of your Property Irregularity Report (PIR)
Any other relevant supporting documents
Once you have verified the details and gathered the required documents, file your claim through the official Scoot portal before the deadline. Ensure that all information is accurate for faster processing.
