If you've lost an item during your Scoot flight or at the airport, Scoot is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings. Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)
Contact Kansai Airport’s Lost & Found team via the airport’s Information
Hotline: +81 72‑455‑2500.
You can also submit a
Lost Property Inquiry Form through KIX’s official website.
Be aware that Kansai Airport only keeps lost items for up to 3 months.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
For items left on the aircraft or at the boarding gate, contact Scoot customer
service (or their local handling team), giving your flight number, date, seat
number, and a detailed description of the item.
The airport staff may redirect you to the proper airline handling department if
it’s outside terminal public areas.
Retrieval & Collection
If your item is located, it may be collected in person at KIX. Otherwise, you
can authorize someone in writing to pick it up for you.
Note: KIX lost-property does not ship items outside Japan.
In‑Person Help
Visit any Information
Counter in Terminal 1 (1st, 2nd, or 4th floor), their staff can help with
guide you to the right lost‑property desk.
The information counters operate 24 hours daily.
