check-in areas and boarding gates, are handled by the airport’s
lost and found office.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers must report delayed or missing checked baggage immediately at the
baggage service counter. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for
tracking and follow-up.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a clear
description when reporting lost items through airport counters or airline

Recovery and Collection
