Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Tickets

Tickets booked under Saver fares are generally non-refundable beyond the 24-hour window. If canceled after this period, the value of the ticket may be forfeited, or in some cases, refunded as a travel credit, depending on fare conditions.

Refundable Tickets

Tickets purchased under Standard, Flexi, or higher fare types can be canceled at any time before departure. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable cancellation or service fees.
