Airport Counter Check-in

The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. Singapore Airlines recommends arriving early to ensure a smooth check-in process.

• Check-in Counter Location: Row H, Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport
  

• Counter Opens: 3 hours before scheduled departure
  

• Counter Closes: 40 minutes before departure

Auto Check-in

Singapore Airlines provides an easy Auto Check-in service, allowing eligible passengers to skip the manual check-in process. Check-in occurs automatically 48 hours before your flight departs, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. To activate this service, go to the "Manage Booking" section in Singapore Airlines official website, where you can turn on Auto Check-in up to 48 hours before departure.

Eligibility for Auto Check-in

Auto Check-in is available for most passengers, but there are some exceptions:

• Unaccompanied minors
  

• Group bookings
  

• Passengers with unconfirmed or waitlisted flights
  

• Those with extra seats booked
  

• Passengers who haven’t checked in for preceding flights in the same booking
  

Note: If you are not eligible for Auto Check-in, you can still check in at the airport.

Online / Mobile Check-in

Skip the queues at the airport by checking in online or through the SingaporeAir mobile app. Here's what you need to know:

• Online & Mobile Check-in: Available 48 hours to 1.5 hours before departure.
  

• Eligibility: Available for most passengers, except those under 18 traveling without an adult and those with unchecked flights within the same booking.
  

Note: If online or mobile check-in is unavailable, please proceed to the Singapore Airlines counter to check in and drop off your baggage. It is recommended to check in early to avoid long queues and ensure a smoother airport experience.

Kiosk Check-In

For faster check-in at the airport, use the kiosk:

• Check-in: 24 hours before your flight departs
  

• Location: Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport
  

Note: Kiosk check-in is unavailable for unaccompanied minors, passengers with an extra seat booking, or those needing special assistance.

How to Check-In Using a Kiosk:

1. Search for booking.
   

2. Select passenger(s).
   

3. Confirm your details.
   

4. Select your seat.
   

5. Scan your passport.
   

6. Check baggage allowance.
   

7. Print your boarding pass.
