KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web Check-in

Passengers traveling with Singapore Airlines can complete their check-in conveniently online via the Singapore Airlines website or mobile app. Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure and closes 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled flight time. Boarding passes can be downloaded digitally or printed for convenience.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For a quicker and smoother airport experience, passengers flight with Singapore Airlines may use the self-service kiosks located in the International Departure Hall at Kansai International Airport (Terminal 1). These kiosks allow you to check in, select seats, and print boarding passes and bag tags before proceeding to the baggage drop counter.

Airport Counter Check-in

Singapore Airlines check-in counters are located at Terminal 1, International Departure Area. The time required to complete check-in procedures may vary depending on the destination and passenger volume. It is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.

Check-in counters close 60 minutes before flight departure, and boarding gates close 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late passengers may not be accepted for boarding.
