Airport Counter Check-in

The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. STARLUX Airlines recommends arriving early to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Check-in: Available 2 hours 30 minutes to 1 hour before your flight departs
Location: Counter H, Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport

Online / Mobile Check-in

Skip the queues at the airport by checking in online or through the STARLUX App. Here's what you need to know:

Check-in: Available 48 hours to 1 hour before departure; Available 24 hours before departure for U.S. routes.
Excluding: Passengers with special needs, group bookings (10+ passengers), pets as checked baggage, unconfirmed booking statuses, or incomplete ticket information.

Note: If online check-in is unavailable, please proceed to the STARLUX Airlines counter to check in and drop off your baggage. It is recommended to check in early to avoid long queues and ensure a smoother airport experience.

Kiosk Check-In

For faster check-in at the airport, use the kiosk:

Check-in: Available 6 hours to 1 hour before your flight departs
Location: Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport

Note: Kiosk check-in is unavailable for unaccompanied minors, passengers with an extra seat booking, or those needing special assistance.
