If you've lost an item during your STARLUX Airlines flight or at the airport, STARLUX Airlines is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Delayed Baggage
If your baggage is delayed on an STARLUX Airlines flight, follow these steps to report the issue:
Report Immediately: If your baggage is delayed, report it to STARLUX staff at the airport.
Tracking & Updates: STARLUX will assist in tracking your baggage and provide regular updates on its status.
Pickup Coordination: Once found, STARLUX will arrange for delivery of your baggage. Depending on local regulations, you may need to pick it up personally. STARLUX will coordinate with you for the pickup time and location.
Further Assistance: For updates, use the "Online Baggage Tracing" tool on STARLUX website or contact your local STARLUX office for more help.
Damaged Baggage
If your baggage is damaged upon arrival, here’s how to report it:
Report Damage Immediately: If you find your baggage is damaged upon arrival, report it to STARLUX staff immediately.
Damage Assessment: STARLUX will assess the damage and offer repair, replacement, or delivery services.
Exceptions: Normal wear and tear, overpacking, or damage to fragile items are not covered by STARLUX.
Report Within Timeframe: If you notice damage after leaving the airport, report it within 7 days for lost or damaged contents and within 21 days for delayed or lost baggage.
Further Action: For claims or inquiries, contact STARLUX customer service or visit the airport office.
Lost Property & Baggage
If you’ve misplaced an item or a baggage during your travel, take the following steps:
Lost Items in the Cabin: If you leave something behind in the cabin, contact the local airport baggage services office to file a report. STARLUX will make efforts to locate your item, but cannot be held responsible for lost items not recovered.
Lost Items at the Airport: If you lose something within the airport, report it immediately to the airport’s lost and found department. STARLUX will assist in locating your item, but recovery depends on local regulations and the airport's lost and found policies.
Lost Checked Baggage: If your checked baggage is missing, STARLUX will assist in tracking and providing updates. Once the baggage is located, it will be returned to you. In some cases, national regulations may require you to pick up your baggage personally. For assistance, visit the local STARLUX office or use the "Online Baggage Tracing" tool on STARLUX website.
