Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Delayed Baggage
If your baggage is delayed on an Tigerair Taiwan flight, follow these steps to report the issue:
Report Immediately: As soon as you realize your baggage hasn’t arrived, visit the Tigerair Taiwan baggage claim counter at the airport.
File a Report: Complete the "Baggage Abnormal Report" with the airport staff. Provide all necessary details to help locate your baggage.
Track Your Baggage: Tigerair Taiwan will track your delayed baggage and work to deliver it promptly. Keep the report number for status updates.
For any updates, contact Tigerair Taiwan’s baggage department. Make sure to follow up within a reasonable period to check on the status of your baggage.

Damaged Baggage
If your baggage is damaged upon arrival, here’s how to report it:
Report the Damage: Report any damage to your baggage at the baggage claim counter or to Tigerair Taiwan's ground crew within the airport.
Submit a Claim: Fill out a claim for damaged baggage, attaching supporting documents such as your passport, boarding pass, baggage receipt, and photos of the damage.
Claim Submission: Submit the claim and supporting documents within 7 days for damaged baggage. Claims for checked baggage must be submitted within 21 days.
Follow Up: For any updates, contact Tigerair Taiwan at tigerclaims@ctplc.com. Expect the claim process to take around 45 - 60 working days.
Lost Property & Baggage
If you lose items or baggage during your flight or at the airport, follow these steps:
Lost Item in Cabin: If you left an item on the plane, complete the “Left Behind Items in Cabin” form on the Tigerair Taiwan website. Then, contact the local office or ground crew. After 3 days, follow up with Tigerair Taiwan to check the status. Ensure your contact details are correct to avoid delays.
Lost Item at Airport: If you lost an item in public areas of the airport, reach out directly to the airport’s "Lost & Found" department for assistance.
Lost Baggage: If your checked baggage is missing, report it immediately at the baggage claim counter. A "Baggage Abnormal Report" will be issued to assist in locating your baggage.
