If you've lost an item during your Tigerair Taiwan flight or at the airport, Tigerair Taiwan is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.

Delayed Baggage

If your baggage is delayed on an Tigerair Taiwan flight, follow these steps to report the issue:

  1. Report Immediately: As soon as you realize your baggage hasn’t arrived, visit the Tigerair Taiwan baggage claim counter at the airport.

  2. File a Report: Complete the "Baggage Abnormal Report" with the airport staff. Provide all necessary details to help locate your baggage.

  3. Track Your Baggage: Tigerair Taiwan will track your delayed baggage and work to deliver it promptly. Keep the report number for status updates.

  4. For any updates, contact Tigerair Taiwan’s baggage department. Make sure to follow up within a reasonable period to check on the status of your baggage.

Damaged Baggage

If your baggage is damaged upon arrival, here’s how to report it:

  1. Report the Damage: Report any damage to your baggage at the baggage claim counter or to Tigerair Taiwan's ground crew within the airport.

  2. Submit a Claim: Fill out a claim for damaged baggage, attaching supporting documents such as your passport, boarding pass, baggage receipt, and photos of the damage.

  3. Claim Submission: Submit the claim and supporting documents within 7 days for damaged baggage. Claims for checked baggage must be submitted within 21 days.

  4. Follow Up: For any updates, contact Tigerair Taiwan at tigerclaims@ctplc.com. Expect the claim process to take around 45 - 60 working days.
