At KIX, buy your tickets from the Airport Transport Counters in the Arrivals Hall (right outside of customs) or ticket vending machines located outside the 1st floor of Terminal 1. In Osaka city center, buy the ticket at the boarding points. These buses drop you (and pick up) at several points in Osaka city center. Round trip ticket are available with cheaper price.
