Lost and Found

If you've lost an item during your Air France flight or at the airport, Air France is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Items Lost Within Terminal Public Areas

For items lost in terminal public areas (check‑in, security, lounges, shops, restaurants), contact the airport’s Lost & Found office. At KIX, the main contact number is +81 72 455 2500 (Information Counters, available 24 hours).

Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate

If your item was left onboard the aircraft or near the Air France boarding gate, you should contact Air France’s ground handling or the airline’s local customer service. Provide your flight number, date, seat number, and a clear description of the item when reporting.

Additional Important Information

The airport’s lost‑property system states that they are unable to search items lost over 3 months ago.

If the item was lost in the airport but outside the area managed by the airport (for example on an aircraft or with a third‑party), you may be redirected to the airline or relevant operator.

For in‑person help, visit the Information Counters in Terminal 1 (on various floors) where staff can guide you to the correct desk.

For further information on lost and found inquiries, please contact Air France Japan Service Hotline at Tel: +81 3 6634 4983.
