If you've lost an item during your China Airlines flight or at the airport, China Airlines is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings. Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Lost within Terminal 1 Public Areas
For belongings left behind in public areas such as security checkpoints,
restrooms, restaurants, or shops, please contact the
Kansai Airport
Information Counter located on the each floor of Terminal 1.
You can reach them by phone at +81 72 455 2500 for assistance or directions.
Items Lost Onboard China Airlines Flights
If your item was left onboard a China Airlines aircraft or near the airline’s
boarding gate, contact China Airlines Ground Handling Services at
Kansai International Airport.
Staff at the China Airlines check-in counters in Terminal 1 can assist in
locating your lost item through the airline’s internal tracking system.
You may also reach out to China Airlines’ Customer Service via their official
website or contact the Osaka Office for further
follow-up on lost property after flight arrival.
Additional Information
When reporting a lost item, include important details such as your flight
number, travel date, seat number, and a clear description of the lost item.
Valuable or sensitive items such as passports or identification documents are
usually transferred to the Airport Police Office for safekeeping.
Found items are generally kept for a limited time, so it is advisable to report
any loss promptly.
