restrooms, or restaurants, please contact the Kansai Airport
Information Counter
located on the 1st floor of Terminal 1. You can reach them by phone at +81 72

Items Lost Onboard Delta Air Lines Flights
If your belongings were left onboard a Delta aircraft or near the airline’s
boarding gate, contact Delta Air Lines Ground Handling Services at Kansai
International Airport.
You may also visit the Delta check-in counters in the International Departure
Area of Terminal 1 for help tracing your items through the airline’s internal
system.
Alternatively, you can report your lost item online via Delta’s official Lost
Item Report form on their website or contact Delta Japan Customer Service for
further assistance.
Additional Information
When reporting a lost item, provide details such as your flight number, travel
date, seat number, and a clear description of the item. Valuable documents like
passports or IDs are usually transferred to the Airport Police Office for
safekeeping.
Found items are retained for a limited period, so passengers are advised to
report losses as soon as possible.
