If you've lost an item during your Qatar Airways flight or at the airport, Qatar Airways is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.
Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Lost in Terminal Public Areas
For items lost in airport areas (check-in, shops, lounges, security), contact
the KIX airport
Information Desk.
The main airport hotline is +81 72-455-2500, available 24 hours.
You can also visit any information counter in Terminal 1 for in-person help.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
For belongings left on the aircraft or at the boarding gate, contact Qatar
Airways ground staff at KIX.
Provide important details: flight number, date, seat number, and a detailed
description of the item.
You may need to follow up with Qatar Airways’ lost-property or baggage services
team to track the item.
Retrieval and Collection
If your item is found, you can collect it in person at the airport (or authorize
someone else to pick it up).
Be prepared to show ID and proof of ownership (e.g., boarding pass or
description of the item).
Note: Items lost in public terminal areas may have a limited retention period
before disposal.
Important
For items lost outside airport-managed areas (like inside the aircraft), the
airport may redirect you to Qatar Airways for recovery.
