If you've lost an item during your Turkish Airlines flight or at the airport, Turkish Airlines is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings. Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Lost in Terminal Public Areas
For belongings left in terminal areas (check-in counters, lounges, retail
outlets, security), contact the
Kansai Airport
Information Desk as soon as possible.
The 24-hour information hotline is available for Lost & Found inquiries.
Visit one of the
Information Counters in Terminal 1 in person to report lost items and get
direction to the correct office.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If an item was left on the aircraft or near the boarding gate, report it to
Turkish Airlines ground staff at KIX.
When filing a report, be prepared to provide:
• Your flight number
• Date of travel
• Seat number
• A detailed description of the lost item
Retrieval & Collection
If your item is found, you may pick it up in person at the airport.
You can also authorize someone else to collect it for you with a written
authorization.
You will likely need to present proof of ownership, such as a boarding pass or a
detailed description of the item.
