If you've lost an item during your Singapore Airlines flight or at the airport, Singapore Airlines is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Lost Items in Singapore Airlines Aircraft or Lounge
If you lose an item on a flight or lounge, Singapore Airlines will do its best to recover it. Here's what to do:
Contact Singapore Airlines Lost and Found: Reach out to the Singapore Airlines lost and found branch of the airport where your flight arrived. You can either call or visit the office in person.
Provide Details: Give a description of the lost item along with your flight information (flight number, arrival city, etc.). This will help Singapore Airlines quickly locate your belongings.
Unclaimed Items: If an item isn’t claimed within 1 week, it will be disposed of. Singapore Airlines discards perishable items 2 days after arrival.
Lost Personal Items and Valuables at the Airport
If you've lost valuable items like passports, ID cards, or cash, follow these steps:
Handover to Airport Police: Singapore Airlines hands over all valuable items to the airport’s police unit for safekeeping.
Contact Airport Police: To recover valuable items, please reach out to the airport police. They will assist in verifying ownership and returning the item to you.
Delayed or Damaged Baggage
If your baggage did not arrive with you or is damaged, Singapore Airlines will do everything they can to recover, repair, and return your baggage, follow these steps:
Contact Airport Lost and Found: For delay or damaged baggage, get in touch with the airport’s Lost and Found department. Each airport has its own service to help resolve delay or damaged baggage issues.
