gate, contact Singapore Airlines Ground Handling Services at
Kansai International Airport (KIX). The
airline’s staff at the check-in counters in Terminal 1, International Departure
Area, can help trace your belongings using their internal tracking system.

official website or call the airline’s Japan office
for further follow-up regarding items found after flight arrival.

When filing a report, provide as many details as possible, including your flight
number, date of travel, seat number, and a description of the lost item.
Valuable or sensitive items, such as passports or identification documents, are
usually handed over to the Airport Police Office for safekeeping.
