If you misplaced your belongings while traveling with Singapore Airlines at Kansai International Airport (KIX), assistance is available through the airport’s Lost and Found services.

Items Lost Onboard Singapore Airlines Flights

If your item was left onboard a Singapore Airlines aircraft or near the boarding gate, contact Singapore Airlines Ground Handling Services at Kansai International Airport (KIX). The airline’s staff at the check-in counters in Terminal 1, International Departure Area, can help trace your belongings using their internal tracking system.

You may also reach Singapore Airlines Customer Service through the airline’s official website or call the airline’s Japan office for further follow-up regarding items found after flight arrival.

Additional Information

When filing a report, provide as many details as possible, including your flight number, date of travel, seat number, and a description of the lost item. Valuable or sensitive items, such as passports or identification documents, are usually handed over to the Airport Police Office for safekeeping.
